Procedure for booking sponsorship, advertising and services
Companies interested in booking sponsorship and/or advertising must contact the Congress Technical Secretary.
Applications must include the type of commercial collaboration you are interested in. Applications are to be sent to the Technical Secretary email: info@compostelacongresos.com and will be processed following a strict order of reception by date (sending of application and receipt of payment). The Technical Secretary will then inform the company when their application has been accepted.
Application admission and advertising space allocation and sponsorships is the sole competence of the organisation. The allocated advertising space and sponsorships may be subject to changes by the Organising Committee for technical reasons. In this event, the date of application will be of reference for the new allocation of the advertising space or sponsorships booked
Payment terms
The Technical Secretary will issue an invoice for the full amount of the sponsorship when it is allocated.
Bank transfer fees will be paid for by the applicant.
In the event of delayed payment, the applicant will lose all rights on their participation in the Congress. The Organising Committee will decide if it offers the space to other exhibitors or keep it for its own use.
Web app for exhibitors
Exhibitors who reserve space will be awarded a specific exhibitor web portal from where they can book different services associated to their trade show, such as:
- Contracting a designer booth
- Hiring computer equipment and audiovisuals
- Hiring decorative elements
- Hiring furniture
- Hiring services such as hostesses, cleaning or security
Exhibitors may book and access the web Portal by contacting the Technical Secretary, who will provide access to the online platform.
Cancellation
To cancel their participation in the congress, companies must write to the Technical Secretary at: info@compostelacongresos.com and pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation before 31 July 2019. 25% of the booked amount and 100% if cancellation is done after that date.
Final provisions
In the case of special circumstances or force majeure, the organisation reserves the right to shorten, extend or delay the Congress, without having to pay any type of compensation to the contracting companies. If for reasons of force majeure the Congress cannot be celebrated, the companies will only be entitled to receive the amounts they have paid, and will have no options to receive any type of compensation.
